RETURNS 

Orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. Some restrictions apply. See the return policy below. 

RETURN ORDER TO MATRIXSPORTS-GLOBAL.COM

GET A RETURN LABEL

Attach the completed label to the front of your package so it can be clearly read.

Send the package with all the original packaging intact. Keep a copy of the return label as proof of your return.

After your return is received, we'll refund the order value to the original payment method.

Please note: Only products purchased on MATRIXSPORTS-GLOBAL.COM can be returned via the online returns process. Items that do not meet this criteria cannot be returned to the sender.

 

RETURN ORDER TO Chorleywood Sports

MATRIXSPORTS-GLOBAL.COM purchases can be returned to Chorleywood Sports, our retail Partner. Please make sure you have all the original proof of purchase, personal identification, and original form of payment. 

Returns will only be offered where the goods you are returning are unused, in the original packaging, and in good saleable condition. Personal hygiene products cannot be returned, products such as swimming costumes, compression products, mouth guards, sports bras, etc. 

Please note that Chorleywood Sports store cannot refund online money transfers and may instead offer a gift card at the manager's discretion. 

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM(S)?

MATRIXSPORTS-GLOBAL.COM currently doesn’t offer exchanges. Please use our return service if you wish to return a MATRIXSPORTS-GLOBAL.COM purchase for a different size, colour or style.

 

CAN I TRACK MY RETURN?

After starting your online return, you can find your order on the order history page. If you don't have your order number, please contact us for assistance. 

Refund timeframes may vary. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

MATRIXSPORTS-GLOBAL.COM orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, you can still return your purchase for a full refund if the item is unused for a Gift Card.

 

CAN I RETURN A FLAWED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

MX stands behind all of its products. If your product has a workmanship or material flaw, support is available depending on your place of purchase. 

General support guidelines are provided below, but some products have specific warranties. Please read the product label, tag, or warranty card for specific return guidelines.
